The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in collaboration with the Kenya Medical Research Center (KEMRI) intends to award on a sole source basis, a Purchase Order for conducting a community-randomized program evaluation regarding the use of over the counter antimalarial drugs in the treatment of malaria in Kenya. The authority for this procurement is FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The period of performance under this Purchase Order will begin with award of the purchase order order through September 30, 2004.
