The National Transportation Safety Board, 490 L'Enfant Plaza East, S.W. Washington, DC 20594 intends to solicit and award a Sole Source Contract pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) to General Dyanmics Corporation for testing and analysis of tire performance characteristics. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Governments requirement. In addition, the response should include Offeror Representations and Certifications in accordance to FAR 52.212-3. If the offeror does not have a copy of this provision, go to www.arnet.gov to get a copy or contact the contract specialist by email to receive a copy. Any responses received without 52.212-3 will be considered non-compliant. Anticipated Award date is January 9, 2003. Responses must be received no later than (NLT) 4:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, January 8, 2003.
