This is a Notice of Intent to Award for commercial services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California National Guard intends to award a contract to Stantec Consulting for the purchase of services to complete a Compass Rose Certification Survey for Los Alamitos Army Airfield in Los Alamitos, CA. All services procured are intended to produce a survey that complies with United Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-260-01. Deliverables will consist of the following: a written report signed and stamped by a licensed land surveyor detailing the survey procedures and findings, verified monumented or remonumented north and south control points, and verification of existing striping or removal of old striping and application and check of new striping. A detailed Statment of Work will be made available upon request. The following provisions and clauses are hereby incorporated by reference: 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions), 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders).
