This project consists of 2 years of monitoring 100 California previously identified spotted owl territories on the San Bernardino National Forest. The surveys will determine status and reproductive success for each territory. Nest sites will be mapped for each territory if nests are located. Roost locations or juvenile sightings will also be mapped. Nest sites will be entered in to a GPS if possible. A final report will be completed for each year. Work is to proceed by March 15, 2005. Government estimate is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 for the 2 years. NAICS 541690 SBA size standard is $6.0 million. Contractors must be registered with CCR before an award can be made.
