RANGELAND MONITORING
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada State Office has a requirement for range field monitoring Nevada-wide. The intent is to select a qualified contractor to assist BLM in conducting range field monitoring, as well as compiling the monitoring results into high quality digital reports. There are 6 BLM Districts in Nevada, with offices in Caliente, Ely, Elko, Battle Mountain, Tonopah, Winnemucca, Carson City, Las Vegas. Field work will occur in remote areas throughout the state. The Solicitation will include contract documents with details of the project when it is released.
The BLM will issue a Total Small Business Set-Aside competitive solicitation on/about August 17, 2021. The BLM anticipates issuing a single firm fixed price award from this solicitation.
The competitive solicitation, 140L3921R0017, will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.5, Set-Asides for Small Business. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541620, Environmental Consulting Services and the size standard is $16.50M (per the SBA¿s Table of Small Business Size Standards).
A Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation package will be available electronically on or about Tuesday August 17, 2021 at the SAM website located at www.sam.gov. Proposals will be due no later than Wednesday September 1, 2021. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring www.sam.gov for the release of the solicitation package, for any other pertinent information, and for downloading a complete copy of the solicitation package. The government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered, and currently active, and complete the online Representations and Certification in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base via website: http://www.sam.gov.
Award will be based on Best Value to the Government in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror(s).
