The government intends to issue a sole source award to Dubbs & Severino, Inc., 5 Los Gatos, Irvine, CA 92612-2982 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (available at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/VFFARA.HTM) for the following non-personal services: The contractor shall integrate necessary cockpit management tools identified by AEF Battlelab into a prototype electronic kneeboard . Contractor shall provide technical support for overall Information Technology (IT) integration. These images, procedures and checklists will be automated on an electronic kneeboard for demonstration on or about Feb 2003. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
