The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Engineering Field Division, Specialty Center, Contracts Core (SCCC), Code AQN00, Port Hueneme, CA 93043 intends to award a contract on a Sole Source basis to Sustainable Resources Group Intnl., Inc. (SRGII), Honolulu, HI 96826-2114 to perform technical information updates to Marine Core Base Hawaii (MCBH) Integrated Natural Resources Management Plan/Environmental Assessment (INRMP/EA) as a follow-on to previous contract. SRGII is the only responsible source that meets the government requirement. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). See Note 22.
