The US Geological Survey is requesting quotes to award a firm-fixed Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) base year and four option years for the collection of manatee photo-documentation images at aggregation sites in Florida as per the attached Statement of Work. Task Orders will be placed against BPA each year from with a Period of Performance from December through June when Manatees are present.
