This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested under Solicitation No. S11PS00059, and a written solicitation will not be issued by the Department of the Interior Office of Surface Mining Reclamation & Enforcements (OSMRE) Appalachian Region. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. NAICS 541380, Size Standard $12.0 applies. OSMRE intends to establish an order for laboratory analysis of water samples collected by OSMRE in the North Cumberland Lands Unsuitable for Mining petition area. The total number of samples to be analyzed is currently unknown. Written quotes shall include a fixed unit cost per analyte listed in Table 1 Rate Schedule. Unit cost per analyte shall include sample containers, shipping materials, lab analysis, reporting, and any incidental expenses such as disposal costs, bottle cleaning, sample pick-up/delivery, etc. Award will be made to the offeror that demonstrates its proven capabilities to provide required services at the lowest fixed unit price.
