NOTICE OF INTENT: The Naval Facility Contracts Office (NAVFACCO) intends to award on a Sole Source basis to Versar, Inc., 6850 Versar Center, Springfield, VA 22151-4196 to perform as a Follow-On services to purchase order that was issued under their GSA contract. This project is for Environmental, Safety, and Health Evaluations, in which the test is for pulsed power inverters that is reported to reduce emissions when compared to conventional power inverters. Versar, Inc. is the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Government requirements for project continuity. The Contract will be Firm-Fixed Price, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
