Notice For the current RFP ~~~~18 December 2008~~~~ The Request for Proposal (RFP), FA8633-08-R-2599, for the Advanced Technical Exploitation Program (ATEP) has been given a new solicitation number of FA8604-09-R-7975. In addition to the new number, the following changes have been made to the RFP: 1. Section B, CLIN 0006, FIRM FIXED PRICE, contract type has been corrected to reflect FFP. 2. NOTE 1: The Government anticipates contract award in the 4th Qtr FY09. Proposals are due 21 January 2009 at the hours specified below. The classified scenario discussed in Section L, paragraph 4.2.3(b), has not changed since the ATEP DRFP (FA8633-08-R-2599) was posted on 20 Aug 08. Offerors that have already received copies of the classified scenario do not need to pick up additional copies. Offerors that have not already received copies may do so by following the instructions in Section L, paragraph 4.2.3(b). Section L, paragraph 5.3, requests that proposal Volume III and Volume III, Attachment 1, be submitted fourteen (14) calendar days after RFP release. Due to the holidays, the Government will not be accepting Volume III and Volume III, Attachment 1, until Not Earlier Than (NET) 0800 Local Time on 5 Jan 09. All classified volumes must be received at HQ NASIC by 1500 local time on the proposal due date. Offerors must send an email to Ms Laurel Hunt at [email protected] to make prior arrangements for Government receipt of classified volumes. All unclassified (Volumes I, IV, and V) must be sent and received, or delivered to ASC/PKESI, ATTN: Ms Joey Pence, Bldg 16, Rm 132, 2275 D St., WPAFB, OH 45433-7228, by 1400 local time on the proposal due date.
