The National Science Foundation (NSF) is soliciting proposals for the design, conduct, data processing and analysis of a survey of bachelor's and master's degree graduates of U.S. postsecondary academic institutions (receiving degrees in science, engineering, or health fields). The contractor will develop survey materials (mail and/or CATI questionnaires), maintain a web data collection system, conduct the survey, follow up for nonresponse, collect, input, aggregate, and analyze data, input for unit and item nonresponse, prepare tables, reports, documentation and methodology, and help prepare background materials for Office of Management and Budget (OMB) survey clearance packages. NSF expects to award a contract for a 5-year period. Anticipated release date of this solicitation is April 26, 2002.
