*PROCUREMENT TYPE
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis this requirement, in accordance with FAR 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to Orbit Advanced Technologies, Inc., 506 Prudential Road, Horsham, PA 19044 due to compatibility with existing controller and FR software. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.

Written responses shall be submitted by e-mail to [email protected] or mailed to NAWCWPNS, Code 254620D, Attn: Susan Wigfield, 429 East Bowen Road, Mail Stop 4015, China Lake, CA 93555-6108. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Written responses shall be submitted by email no later than 5 days from this notice date. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the item without causing programmatic hardship. Electronic delivery of quotations are preferred. If you provide a quote via any other method provide us with the date package was sent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process.
