JOSEPHINE COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS AZALEA DRIVE PAVEMENT OVERLAY Bids due 2:10 pm, June 9, 2020 INVITATION TO BID PROJECT STP 20/21 Josephine County Public Works is accepting bids for the Azalea Drive Pavement Overlay - Project STP 20/21. Sealed bids will be accepted at Josephine County Public Works, 201 River Heights Way, Grants Pass, Oregon 97527 until 2:10 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, at which time they will be publicly opened and read, and after which time they will not be received or accepted. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. This project requires the contractor to supply all expertise, personnel, equipment and materials for an asphalt concrete pavement overlay on a section of Azalea Drive located in Josephine County, OR. The Construction work generally consists of but is not limited to: 2900 square yards of cold plane pavement removal, 10,150 tons of asphalt concrete paving and all other related work to construct a 2-inch thick asphalt concrete overlay and miscellaneous asphalt concrete paving of 102 driveway approaches, and temporary traffic control. Pre-bid Conference: No pre-bid conference will be held for this project; however, Bidders are encouraged to make a site visit to become familiar with the project.
