Award to Tecton Architects, PC. Hourly rates shall be at the amounts set forth in Tecton’s price proposal. The Town has on its Spring 2017 Town Meeting warrant a warrant article that would allow sufficient funding for all architect services for the project, which would enable full payment of the full project architecture budget of $849,400.00.
