The WAANG at Camp Murray WA, has awarded a lodging Sole Source contract to Home2 Suites by Hilton - Seattle Airport/Southcenter, Tukwila WA for lodging under urgent and compelling as noted in FAR 6.302-2 – “When the agency’s need for the supplies or services is of such an unusual and compelling urgency that the Government would be seriously injured unless the agency is permitted to limit the number of sources from which it solicits bids or proposals, full and open competition need not be provided for.” This was a time sensitive request / circumstance in support of COVID-19 operations. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Please note that future modifications to this award could be made to accommodate changes and or requirements to contract in place.
