Air Force Test Center, Installation Contracting, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for Acquisition Training to Georgia Tech Professional Education, 84 5th St. NW, Atlanta, GA, 30308-1031, Cage: 557R3, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 611310, small business size standard: $25.5 million. This requirement is for:

CLIN 0001: Acquisition Training on EMC/EMI for Engineers and Engineering Managers in accordance with the statement of work for up to 25 students.

CLIN 0002: Acquisition Training on Principles of Modern Radar in accordance with the statement of work for up to 25 students.

Each course will be taught on-site (customer location) by instructor(s) knowledgeable and experienced in the respective course. A notebook of hard copies of the slides presented at the course and a CD-ROM of the slides will be provided to each student. Attendance certificate will be provided to each student successfully completing the course.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 10 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All responses received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government.
