The US Marshals Service (USMS) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation DJM-14-A41-Q-9999 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside.

USMS is accepting bids for the purchase of 260 Avocent SitchView 1x4 KVM units and 500 KVM cables to begin the replacement of the Belkin KVM equipment. The specific items regarding this procurement can be seen below.

All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management.

An award will be made to the lowest priced bidder who can conform to the technical requirements listed above. All items MUST be new. USMS will not accept any refurbished products. The items must be delivered within thirty (30) calendar days of contract award.

All quotes are due on September 11, 2014 at 8:00am (EST). No information or questions requesting clarification will be provided over the telephone from prospective offerors.
