December 1, 2015 - Posting of Amendment 01 to the Solicitation.
This amendment clarifies the evaluation factors and the weight that will be given to these factors when award is determined.  In the solicitation document, under Section VII-8, it states that "Technical and past performance, when combined, are of lessor value when compared to price."  This statement is incorrect.  The correct evaluation method is stated in the solicitation document under VII-9 Award Statement, in the second to last paragraph which reads: "The technical evaluation factors when combined are significantly more important than cost or price in the award decision."

All offerors for this solicitation will be required to return a signed copy of this amendment notice along with any offer submitted.
