December 8, 2015 by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time - questions relating to this solicitation are due to the contracting officer.  Questions and responses will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation for all interested parties review.  It is the offerors responsibility to check the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website for any or all amendments to this solicitation up to the closing date.
