The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to procure a Avid ISIS 5500 Storage System and components.  The storage system and components are being procured on a sole source basis from Avid Technology, Inc, of Washington, DC. 

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
