The Defense Energy Support Center intends to issue an unrestricted, full and open competitive procurement for the delivery of Aviator's Breathing Oxygen (ABO), NSN: 6830-00-808-9531, Type II, Performance Specification Oxygen, Aviator's Breathing, Liquid and Gas, MIL-PRF-27210H, dated 1 Oct 2009 to be delivered FOB Destination into two Government-owned tanks located in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles.

The requirement is for an estimated total of 56,000 gallons of ABO. This procurement will be to establish a four (4) year seven (7) month firm fixed price requirements type contract. Subject solicitation will be issued on or about 1 Oct 2012 and posted on the FedBizOps website at: www.fbo.gov. If you do not have internet access, a hard copy of the solicitation may be requested.
