The Government intends to award a noncompetitive acquisition to Air BP Bolivia, the only authorized fuel supplier in Bolivia, for Jet A-1 (est. 20,000 gals/mo) and Avgas (est. 55 gals/mo) to be delivered to airports in Bolivia for anti-narcotics operations, for a period of one year with three one-year options to renew. (Award will not be made to Petropac as mentioned in the revised notice of September 19, 2009, and the justification for Petropac is withdrawn.) Information received will be reviewed solely to determine whether to change the acquisition strategy.
