The Department of the Air Force 482nd LGC at Homestead Air Reserve Base, FL intends to contract for: aviation fuel. The aviation fuel delivery is per the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

This is a total small business set-aside contract. We anticipate a single award contract using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 324110. A fixed price contract will be awarded. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government.

The following factors will be used to evaluate offers:
(1) Lowest price.
(2) All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx.
(3) Offerors must also register on the ORCA website at https://orca.bpn.gov/ for online representations and certifications.
(4) Award WILL NOT be made to any vendor who is not CCR and ORCA registered.

Payment by the Government will be made through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) https://wawf.eb.mil/.

All offers are due by 12 AM, 20 Oct 2010.
