The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a purchase order for the following equipment/services. Description of the requirements are: Autosampler, mobile stand each and shipping. This is an all or none requirement. This is a small business set-aside. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotations are being requested. OFFERORS ARE ADVISED AN AWARD MAY BE MADE WITHOUT DISCUSSION OR ANY CONTACT CONCERNING THE PROPOSALS RECEIVED. Offerors should not assume they will be contacted, or afforded the opportunity to qualify, discuss, or revise their proposals. Therefore, the initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a technical and price standpoint. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516 for this requirement. Quotations are due on Monday, September 19, 2011, by 2:00 p.m. E.S.T. The Offeror shall cite RFQ Number 2011-Q-14152 in the email. Evaluation and award of the purchase will be performed in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 Evaluation of Quotations or Offers and FAR 13.106-3 Award and Documentation. The Offeror must have an active registration with the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) prior to award of the purchase order in accordance with FAR Clause 52.204-7.
