The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Region Acquisition Division office intends to award, on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), with Guildline Instruments Limited for the repair and calibration of two (2) model #8400B autosalinometers for the Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory (AOML) in Miami, FL.
