The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for toll services for Official Government Vehicles on the toll roads encountered by the offices in the Caribbean Division. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Autoridad de Carreteras y Transportacion, as they are the only source authorized to supply monthly toll service for use of the toll roads in the area covered by the Caribbean Division. A Limited Sources Justification is approved and on file. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Responses shall be submitted to [email protected] no later than April 28, 2017 at 12:00pm EST.
