The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for toll services for Official Government Vehicles on the toll roads encountered by the offices in the Caribbean Division. This requirement is being procured using simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR part 13.  The Government intends to issue a single firm fix price purchase order.  This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Autoridad de Carreteras y Transportacion, as they are the only source authorized to supply monthly toll service for use of the toll roads in the area covered by the Caribbean Division.
