THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The AFNWC/PZIA Kirtland AFB, NM intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source contract to Clover Leaf Solutions, for the purchase of a task management system "Autopilot" to manage drinking water to be in compliance with Title 40 Code of Federal Regulation, Safe Drinking Water Act. "Autopilot" is a copyrighted management system developed by Cloverleaf and no other company has subscription rights to interface with the existing system located at Kirtland AFB.

Anticipated date of award is 28 August 2013. The FSC Code is 4610, the NAICS Code is 221310 and the size standard is $7.0M. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement within five (5) days of this announcement.
