This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, N4155710RC096FS, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The NAICS code is 423120 and the small business size standard is 100 employees.

The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation:

CLIN 0001 - Challenger BRAND NAME OR EQUAL 10,000 lb capacity model E-10 Versymmetric, installed, electrical conduit, wiring, and connections, load tested, and certified

CLIN 0002 - Challenger BRAND NAME OR EQUAL 12,000 lb capacity model Heavy Duty E-12 Symmetric, installed, electrical conduit wiring, and connections, load tested, and certified

CLIN 0003 - Shipping to Andersen Air Force Base
Requested items are BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. Equal items must include all requested parts and measurements.

Items should be shipped 30 Days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to 36 FSS/FSCT (Auto Hobby Center), Unit 14002, Bldg 26051, APO/AP 96543-4002 at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. Installation should be complete no later than 15 days upon receipt of the items.

Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable.
