The purpose of this Draft Solicitation is to provide industry with Draft Specifications and Solicitation documents for industry review and comment. The Government intends to establish a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) provisions and a 60-month ordering period to manufacture hardware in support of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Automated Surface Observing Systems (ASOS) program. This special Notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall NOT be construed as a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations or as an obligation on the part of the Government.
