The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisition and Grants Office (AGO), Eastern Acquisition Division (EAD) is seeking information from industry on the capability of providing automated radiosonde launching systems operating in the 403 MHz spectrum band.

The anticipated NAICS code for this requirement is 334220 – Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing and the size standard is 750 employees.  The Government requests capability statements from interested sources that address the below requirements. 

Capability statements shall clearly address the information requested in Attachment I.

Capability statements shall be limited to 55 total pages.

All interested sources shall submit a capability statement that shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible, vendors must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM):

Submitted capability statement shall include the following:

1.      Company name and address

2.      DUNS number

3.      Type of business (eg.g Large Business, Small Business, 8a, Veteran Owned Small Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, HubZone, Small Disadvantaged Business, or Woman Owned Small Business) as validated by SAM.

4.      Company point of contact – Name, Phone Number, and Email Address
