The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is planning a Sole-Source purchase order with ScriptPro Incorporated for the automated prescription dispensing system for the Quentin N. Burdick Memorial Health Care Facility, Belcourt, ND.  The automated prescription dispensing system in place now is owned and serviced by ScriptPro Incorporated.  Due to copyrights, patent rights, trade secrets, secret processes and other proprietary data the Aberdeen Area Indian Health Services proposes a follow-on procurement to ScriptPro Incorporated.  Therefore, this can not be provided by another company without a complete replacement of the automated prescription dispensing system at a substantially higher cost.  (See attached JOFOC).
