This notice constitutes Amendment No.1 to the combined synopsis/RFP for Automated Photoresist Tool 80GSFC18R0048.  Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFP and a written amendment will not be issued.

The purpose of this amendment is to update the Solicitation Cover Page and provide the responses to the questions.

The due date for receipt of offers is extended to 30 July 2018.

Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFP posted on 29 June 2018.
