The USDA - National Finance Center, New Orleans, LA intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with the procedures of FAR 13.5and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, to DYKON Computer Help Center, Inc., 11331 Lake Forest Boulevard, Suite 100, New Orleans, LA 70128. This procurement is for the extensions of the existing authoring tool Authorit and is such are the only tools that integrate with Authorit to achieve electronic routing of redsheet and suggestive reuse of content within the Authorit database.  This procurement will also include Reviewer Implementation Workshop (A One-day onsite "best practices" workshop to assist the team with setting up their Authorit Reviewer environment.  A firm fixed price contract will be issued in the amount of $125,201.65. This contract action is a follow-on to a previous competed action. This notice is NOT a Request for Proposals. The Government does not intend to submit a solicitation for proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
