The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the renewal of toll services for OGVs on the toll roads encountered by the Caribbean Division Offices for the period of 5/1/19 - 4/30/20. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Autoridad de Carreteras y Transportacion as they are the sole source provider of access to the roads. A Limited Source justification is approved and on file. Responses to this notice shall be submitted electronically to [email protected] no later than April 15, 2019at 10:00am EST.
