The University of South Carolina hereby provides notice that pursuant to the authority of SC Code § 11-35-1560 and SC Regulation 19-445-2105, propose to procure: Co-host the Auntie Karen Legends of …Concert Series in the capacity of supporting a joint performance with The Legends of … Headline artist and the Colour of Music Orchestra as a Sole Source Procurement from Auntie Karen Foundation RIGHT TO PROTEST (SC Code § 11-35-4210) Any actual or prospective bidder, offeror, contractor, or subcontractor who is aggrieved in connection with the intended award or award of this contract may be entitled to protest. To protest an award, you must (i) submit notice of your intent to protest within five (5) business days of the date the award notice is posted, and (ii) submit your actual protest within fifteen days of the date the award notice is posted. Days are calculated as provided in Section 11-35-310(13). Both protests and notices of intent to protest must be in writing and must be received by the Chief Procurement Officer for Construction within the time provided. Protests must set forth the grounds of the protest and the relief requested with enough particularity to give notice of the issues to be decided.
