Request for Proposals – Audit Services The City of West Des Moines, IA is accepting proposals for audit services beginning with the fiscal year ended June 30, 2020. The City’s Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) is submitted to the GFOA each year for the Certificate of Achievement Program.
