The Contractor shall provide all labor, services, tools, materials, equipment, software, connectors and cabling, transmitters/receivers, accessories, transportation, supervision, and all other requirements necessary for the installation, configuration, and fine-tuning of the systems described in this Statement of Work within the established timeframe. The Contractor shall be solely responsible to ensure the delivered solution is fully compatible with existing International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) systems.

The objective of this project is to install and configure a new audiovisual (AV) infrastructure at ILEA Bangkok to centralize and improve AV management and distribution of digital AV and control signals in classrooms and from satellite dishes to broadcast digital signals across the ILEA campus for ILEA staffs, instructors, and participants.

The contractor shall provide 24x7x365 support. The support shall be provided on-site, through telephone or online (email), and shall be provided in Thai language. The support period shall commence upon final acceptance of the system and shall be in force for one (1) year thereafter.
