This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is W81K04-17-T-0014 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice 20161222.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Health Readiness Contracting Office has a requirement for one (1) each 4-Position Audiometric Booth for the Military Entrance Processing Station Las Vegas, Nevada. Additional details regarding the salient characteristics required for the audiometric booth are included in the Solicitation Standard Form (SF) 1449 attached with this notice.

RESPONSES: Quotes shall be fully executed and returned by the time specified in the Solicitation SF 1449 attached with this notice. Electronic submission via e-mail is required.
