The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Presidio of Monterey has a requirement for Audio - Visual services for the Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security Audio-Visual Services. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Audio-Visual products and services for United States Army Garrison (USAG) and Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC). The Contractor shall perform tasks based on "approved work orders". Audio-Visual tasks include, but are not limited to: Still photography products and services, Video products and services, Audio products and services, Media Duplication, Electronic maintenance and services, and Technical Support. The Contractor shall also provide products and services for other surrounding military and governmental agencies supported by USAG within a 30 mile radius for on-site services. The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at Government and other facilities within a 30 mile radius of the Presidio of Monterey. Studio photography customers from other installations shall be accommodated. The Contractor shall have sufficient equipment available to perform all elements of the Audio-Visual services, whether Government-furnished equipment (GFE), Contractor-furnished or via subcontract. This distance limitation shall not apply to official photography performed in the Photo Studio on the Presidio of Monterey, California.

This acquisition is for 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 512191 with a size standard of $32M. Performance period is one (1) year from award date for base year and one (1) option year. The contract will be a single award, Firm- Fixed-Price type contract.
