The City of Dallas would like to establish a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service contract with a professional licensed auctioneer for the disposal of impounded vehicles and seized/court awarded vehicles, City owned fleet vehicles, City owned surplus heavy machinery, auctioning of unclaimed, court awarded, confiscated or surplus property. Property will be made available for auction through competitive online and live bidding guaranteeing a return of fair market value to the City of Dallas.
