Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The government intends to award a sole source fixed price contract to Ex Libris (USA), Inc. for the following services: Primo Direct software service to include; all incenses, installation, implementation services, training, initial data extraction from the Fairchild Research Information Center Voyager Integrated Library System and annual service fee. Three one-year options for annual service fees will also be included. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210 with a size standard of $25 million.
