This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number AG-03R6-S-16-0054 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88JUN2016.

This is a total small business set-aside and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The North American Industry Classification Code is 336991.

A quotation is requested to provide the ATVs and UTVs for the Lolo National Forest. The awarded purchase order will be a a firm fixed price, with a delivery date before October 2016.  Multiple awards may be made.

The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In addition, offerors will include with their offer a completed copy of the FAR provision 52.212-3, Offer Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. The FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
