Opportunity Summary The Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD) is seeking bids for the purchase of two (2021 Yamaha Kodiak 450 EPS SE, or approved equivalent, with the additional features and accessories as listed in Attachment 3 (Detailed Specifications). As a result of this solicitation process, OPRD intends to award one contract for the Goods described in this Solicitation Document. The awarded contract will be in the form of a standard State of Oregon purchase order. The general provisions of the awarded contract are included in Attachment 4 (Standard Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Goods).
