This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M33610-14-T-0011 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).  This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-65 and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) current to DPN 20130228.

The Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center (MCMWTC) is requesting quotes for the following items:

Brief Description of the Requirement:

Background. The Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center (MCMWTC) is located on 46,000 acres in the eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains. The principal means of transportation between training areas are all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), snowmobiles The MCMWTC has 46 U/ATVs and 43 snowmobiles in inventory.

Scope. The MCMWTC requires a contractor to operate a turn-key preventive maintenance and repair shop to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and parts inventory for Government-owned ATVs, snowmobiles, and tracked vehicles in order to maintain MCMWTC's fleet in a high state of readiness.
