SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic Charleston intends to increase the quantities on contractN65236-09-C-3501, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) commercial contract in accordancewith FAR Part 13 for the continuation of maintenance and support subscriptionsfor 154,115 vice 150,115 seats of Attachmate Reflection for UNIX/Open VMS seatlicenses and associated UNIX/Open VMC. This capability is required foroperating systems deployed at Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) around theworld. Attachmate Reflections is proprietary software developed and owned byAttachmate, with all licensing rights. The period of performance for the firstoption year of M&S will be 01 Oct 2009 through 30 Sep 2010, with two additionalone year option periods. All option periods will increase the quantity oflicenses by at least 4,000 seats. This contract will continue to be Firm FixedPrice (FFP) during the remaining three option periods.
