Supply Technical Support and software patches/upgrades for ATOS Professional Software to ATC Materials and
Measurements Test Branch (MMTB). ATOS Professional Software will be used everyday to support multiple tests
throughout ATC. ATOS Professional Software is used to measure the physical dimensions of body armor,
helmets, gun chambers, etc. The physical characterization of body armor is an indispensable part of testing. All body armor is characterized using this metrology equipment and software. A software support contract consisting of the base year and 2 option years is necessary for this critical software.

Base Year 6-September 2019 through 5 September 2021
Option Year 1 6 September 2020 through 5 September 2021
Option Year 2 6 September2021 through 5 September 2022

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) sole source order/contract to Capture 3D Incorporated. This company is the sole source company selected because no other manufacture was found that met all specifications for this critical software. The associated North America Industry Classification System
(NAICS) Code is 511210. All responses received within five (5) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 12:00pm EST, Thursday August 8,2019. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
