This Pre-Solicitation notice is released to the public with the intent to share NREL’s capability requirements and technical specifications expected to become part of the RFQ planned to be released in January 2023. This Pre-Solicitation notice is for a stable and reliable atomic-resolution (S)TEM suitable for a wide range of in-situ and cryo-(S)TEM analysis of materials with time-resolved, dose modulation, and optical excitation capability.
