The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for 1 each TT-AFM Kit, 1 each 50 Micron XYZ Scanner P/N: PS-2010, 1 each TT-AFM documentation package with schematics, CAD Drawings and software protocol P/N: DO-2010, 1 each AFM Kit construction workshop P/N: WS-2010, and 1 each Vibration cabinet for reducing acoustic and structural vibrations P/N: V1-2011. (Microsoft IE required).  Additional specifications and opening and closing dates will appear in the RFQ. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Copies of issued solicitations can only be obtained by downloading them from the Supply and Information Services Division website http://supply.nrl.navy.mil. This requirement will be available for downloading the 16^th day after publication of this synopsis. Prior to this date you will not be able to access this solicitation.
